- Purpose
	- to encourage potential clients to buy within a specified time
	- help us schedule our workload

- Business Hours - 10:oo am - 8:oo PM ( PST time zone )
	- After hours  - 1.5x normal rates
	- Weekend Premium - 1.5x normal rates
	- Holiday Premium - double normal rates

- Rates
    - Generic Linux Consulting
	- $   200/hr    Typical Hourly Rates 
	- $ 1,500/day   Typical Daily Rates are 8 hours per day
	- $ 6,000/week  Typical Weekly Rates are 40 hours per week
	- $20,000/month Typical Monthly Rates are 160 hours per month

    - Specific Security and Consulting Rates
	$ 300 - $ 400/hr for Security related contracts

- Minimums 
	- 1 hr minimum
	- 4 hr minimum for "1-day contract"
	- 3 day minimum for "1-week contract"
	- 3 week minimum for "1-month contract" 

- Discounts are valid ONLY for the specified duration of the
  proposed contract offer or quotes and the discounts will EXPIRE if
  the proposed contracts are NOT authorized prior to its expiration...
	- can't wait forever...

- Discounts are "NULL and Void", if there are any disagreements and
  "normal full rate schedule" will be rendered including additional 
  "tech support and processing" costs to resolve any disputes

- Varying degree of Discounts are available...
	- pre-paid contract basis...
	- to encourage repeat customers - NOT first time customers
	- to encourage larger orders
	- minimal email interaction
	- minimal paperwork
	- minimal issues with invoices
	- payment history of invoices
	- explicit specifications and desired work
	- repeat customers where discounts solicited does
	  NOT exceed 10% of previous payments/invoices
	- for work done in our offices vs yours

- Travelling time to/from client site is considered billable hours
  at $100/hr 

- Time spent in emails are also billable hours ( $200/hr ) ...
	- up to 15 minutes per email ...

- Travel that includes airfare, hotels, car-rentals are billable
  per diem ... upon presentation of receipts + 20% processing costs

- Hardware, replacement hardware, software costs are billable on
  separate time/materials billing 

- Discounts are NOT available on hardware, as it is beyond our control
